Karlene Clark is the Coordinator, Peer Research Consultant Reference Service Librarian at the University of North Dakota’s Chester Fritz Library. She serves as the primary coordinator and trainer for all circulation and PRC students. She received her Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University, and became coordinator of PRCs in February 2019. Karlene has worked at the Chester Fritz Library for 20 years and lives with an invisible disability while working in the public services areas. Inclusion through ADA is an important topic to her, for her own sake, her student employees, and all patrons that would like to use the library.
