Kerri Boetcher grew up in Lansford, ND and graduated high school from Glenburn High School in 2004. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2009 with a degree in Education.  She graduated from the Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN in 2011 with her masters in Library and Information Science. Kerri has worked for the Ward County Public Library in Minot since 2012.
